Application
The SIGMASYS C Sinteso danger alarm control and indicating panel is used in fire
alarm systems for parallel processing of fire and technical messages.
Detector groups that can be parameterized to the specific customer, individual
plain texts, and application-specific links and programs permit high flexibility with
regard to optimum adaptation to the concrete application.
Description
The SIGMASYS C Sinteso control and indicating panel is a compact control and
indicating panel with 4 "FDNet" peripheral networks for connection of Sinteso ele-
ments.
All the necessary functions are integrated on the system board, which also controls
and monitors data traffic with the peripherals.
If an alarm occurs, the system computer initiates output of the message on the dis-
play and triggering of controllers and alerting equipment in accordance with the pa-
rameter data.
The SIGMASYS C Sinteso control and indicating panel can be networked with
other SIGMASYS C, M, L and D100 control and indicating panels as well as SIG-
MANET operating panels via the failsafe SIGMANET.
The bidirectional transmission protocol used by SIGMANET means that the entire
system retains its full functionality even in the event of a line fault. Malfunction of a
user does not result in interruption of data transmission between the remaining us-
ers.
Features
An automatic self-check and hardware redundancy provide excellent failsafe per-
formance.
504 elements from the Sinteso product family can be connected to 4 loops, i.e. a
maximum of 126 elements per loop. 512 detector groups can be formed.
The FDnet (Field Device Network) facilitates rapid, failsafe communication be-
tween the Sinteso elements and the fire alarm control and indicating panel.
Spur lines (radial line system) can be directly connected at each point of the FDnet.
The SIGMASYS C Sinteso danger alarm control and indicating panel can be net-
worked with other control and indicating panels (SIGMASYS C, M, L, D100) and
SIGMANET operating panels.
