4.2.4 Fire Safety Measures in Libraries

In addition to the fire safety measures described for archives, libraries could have

central high opening. Linear Beam Detector is the optimal solution to protect this

area of the building.

This solution is also used in historical build where it is not possible to install wired

detector on the ceiling due to structure or valuable painting. The placement of lin-

ear beam detector permits the discrete installation on the wall.
