User Manual
Correct placement of radiators and thermostats
– Do not hang curtains or place furniture or other items directly in front of
radiators. This prevents heat emission and impairs the thermostat valve's proper
functioning (a).
– Avoid air flow obstructions (b).
– Make sure the thermostat valve is not exposed to direct solar radiation or cold
air/drafts (c).
Remove air from heating circuits
Air may not collect in heating circuits. Air impairs heat emission of radiators.
Remove air from radiators and floor heating circuits if you hear gurgling sounds.
You may need to refill water in the heating system after removing air.
Note
Check hot water temperature
Make sure your hot water temperature is not higher than needed and does not
exceed 55 °C.
For hygienic reasons (legionella), we do not recommend hot water temperatures
below 60 °C in functional facilities (residential homes, hotels, athletic facilities).
Note
Only authorized staff may adjust hot water temperatures locally at the controller or
on the thermostat. Contact your installer as needed.
