Building Technologies Room operating modes 21 Sep 2010
The following conditions are specified:
 The building is in use from 06.00 to 20.00
(Protection from 20.00 to 06.00).
 Rooms 1 and 2 must be available from 08.00 to 18.00 (Precomfort).
 The occupant(s) of room 1 are working overtime. At 18.00, the room operating mode
changes to
Economy, even if the room unit is set to Auto (1).
Comfort mode can now be reactivated with the Auto switch on the room unit (2).
Comfort remains active for the set Temporary Comfort mode period (see page 103).
In
Protection mode, however, the Temporary Comfort period is also overridden and
the room operating mode changes to
Protection (3).
 Room 2 is occupied in the evening beyond the building-in-use period (4). However,
at the end of the building-in-use period, the room operating mode still changes to
Protection. An alarm can be triggered if required.
