5.6 Determine the room operating mode without
a bus (stand-alone)
If no bus is connected, the effective room operating mode of the room controller
depends on local influences such as window contacts, presence detectors or room
units.
The diagram below shows how these influences are processed by the room controller,
and their priority:

The effects of Priority 1 and Priority 2 are similar in nature to the states, which
apply continuously
The Priority 3 influences are treated as events.
The key point in time is the moment at which the state changes (trigger edge).
If the mode is later changed by another source of priority 3, the last change
applies.
If there is no bus connection, the controller assumes the following defaults:
Use = Building in use
Occupancy = Occupied
