Embedded Solutions Software License Agreement
BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING
THE MODBUS MASTER OR SLAVE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION THAT
ACCOMPANY THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE"), YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL
OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE
TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL,
COPY OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. LICENSE GRANTS
Subject to all the terms of this Agreement, Embedded Solutions, also called Licensor, hereby
grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to copy
and use the Software, also called Licensed Material. You may (i) access, download, install, and
copy the Software on a reasonable number of development systems within your company; (ii)
modify the Software to suite your purposes; (iii) embed the software in your products in a binary
form. If you must ship the software in source code form you are required to make a special
contract with Embedded Solutions.
