3. Configure the following parameter(s) as required:
Parameter Description
Port Synopsis: 1 to maximum port number
Default: 1
The port number as seen on the front plate silkscreen of the switch.
Name Synopsis: Any 15 characters
Default: Port 1
A descriptive name that may be used to identify the device connected on that port.
Protocol Synopsis: { None, RawSocket, ModbusServer, ModbusClient, DNP, DNPRS, WIN,
TIN, MicroLok, MirroredBits, PreemptRawSocket, TelnetComPort }
Default: None
The serial protocol supported on this serial port.
Type Synopsis: { RS232, RS485, RS422 }
Default: RS232
The serial port interface type.
ForceHD Synopsis: { On, Off }
Default: Off
