Fault / Fault status message Cause / Solution
During commissioning, the wrong
language was selected. Where do I find
"my" language?
1. Press buttons ESC and OK at the
same time.
2. Select the password level and enter
112 for password (same as
international emergency call), then
press OK to confirm. The language
changes to English.
3. Select the Settings > Device > Language
menu to go to the desired language.
Time of day, weekday, and date are not
displayed in the Start menu.
Timer, calendar, etc. have date
01.01.2000.
• No bus device in the system sends
the system time (no clock time
master).
• The bus operator unit has not
received a system time telegram
since startup.
"?" is displayed in the device list.
No communication with device, e.g.
device failure or fault status information
cannot be retrieved.
Room number or Device name are not
assumed e.g. by the room controller.
Room number may be max. 5 characters,
Device name max. 10 characters. Shorten
the text entries accordingly.
The fault status message of a device
cannot be reset from the bus operator
unit.
Remote fault reset not allowed. Enter the
corresponding setting on the device; see
Section 10.4, Reset faults.
