Favorites, Favorite pages, and Device list menus of the bus operator unit cannot be added
to Favorites pages.
Symbol
in the upper right corner indicates operating mode Add data points.
Add data points as follows:
• Select the desired Favorites page (1…20).
• Select the desired operating line (1…10).
• Select the device from the device list.
• Go to the corresponding data point in the target device.
• Select the data point using the OK button.
• Add data point by pressing OK, cancel addition by pressing ESC.
• Automatic return to the selected Favorites page (OK button) or return to the selected
data point (ESC button).
Exit operating mode Add data points under the following conditions (symbol
disappears):
• Data point successfully added to Favorites page.
• Got to the Start page (press ESC button several times, or once, but long).
• Go to the Commissioning menu.
• Go to the Favorites menu.
• Go to Favorite pages menu.
• Go to the Device list menu.
• After 30 minutes without operator action.
All data points of the Favorites pages can be operated from the user level regardless
of their visibility in the bus device's menu tree at the user or service level.

Data point name 10 Max. 20 characters
The name of the data source is copied when a data point from a device's menu tree
is added to the Favorites page. The names of the data points in the Favorites pages
can thus be renamed, e.g. in case of several same-name data points within the same
Favorites page. Retroactive changes to data source names are not automatically added
to the bus operator unit.
