Changing settings
Maximum setting choices
Your service engineer can enable the following setting
choices for you:
• 6 switch-on / off times per weekday and special day
for each of the 6 integrated time switches
• 16 special day or holiday periods
• 6 time switch operation selectors assigned to the time
switches for manually switching the time program via
the respective operation selector
• 10 operation selectors for manually switching via the
respective operation selector a maximum of 10 logical
operations programmed by your service engineer
• 3 controllers each with 2 adjustable setpoints
Impact of changes
The RMS705 switching and monitoring device can be
used either as a complementary unit in connection with
other Synco™ controllers or as an autonomous unit for
basic control loops.
On the following pages, all setting choices of the
RMS705 will be described based on the example of
conventional usage as an autonomous unit.
When, in conjunction with other Synco™ controllers, the
RMS705 provides supplementary switching and
monitoring functions, the changes of settings described
below may have an impact different from that mentioned
here! In that case, please refer to the Operating and
Maintenance Instructions provided by your contracting
partner or, if in doubt, contact your service engineer.
The names of the submenus used in these Operating Instructions may have been replaced by other clear-text names as
defined by your service engineer.
