1.4 Target audience, prerequisites
This document assumes that users of the RDG2..KN room thermostats are familiar
with the ETS tool, Synco ACS tool or both and can use them.
It is also assumed that these users are aware of the specific conditions associated
with KNX.
In most countries, specific KNX know-how is conveyed through training centers
certified by the KNX Association (see www.knx.org/).
