Unpowered thermostat from
individual package
DIP switche settings take priority:
● If all DIP switches are set to Off (default), PCT Go can be used to change the
application (e.g. 2-pipe)
● If an application is set via DIP switches, PCT Go cannot change it.
Change settings while the device is powered and running:
● Application settings require a device reboot.
● Settings such as setpoint and HMI tuning take effect a few seconds later.
Change settings while the device is unpowered:
● Current thermostat settings can be read and written any time while unpowered
● The thermostat needs to be powered to store the new settings and ensure they
are correct.
● Each time the application is changed, the thermostat reloads the factory setting
for all control parameters, except KNX device and zone addresses.
● The thermostat setting access can be password protected (P502). PCT Go
requires that the password be read and write-protected.
If the password is mistyped 5 times, the thermostat is locked, and the password
cannot be entered for 5 minutes.
● Commissioning using PCT Go can be disabled via parameters to avoid
unexpected changes of the thermostat (P500).
