Inform the central apartment unit that you want to connect an RF repeater:
Main menu > Commissioning > RF connections
> RF repeater > RF repeater X > Connect device:
Confirm subentry “Connect device“ by pressing the Menu/ok button. To make
the connection, you are prompted to press the binding button on the device to
be connected.

Now, to open the connection, press
multifunction button F on the RF re-
peater. The LED lights up green. When it
starts blinking, you can release the bind-
ing button.

Now, the binding LED on the RF repeater blinks green and extinguishes on
successful completion of the binding process with the central apartment unit.
To confirm the successful connection, the central apartment unit delivers a
beep. Close the binding process by pressing the Menu/ok button.
The RF repeater is now connected and performs its normal operation.
If the binding process with the central apartment unit proved unsuc-
cessful, blinking of the LED changes to flashing after 1 minute (status
indication of unbound operation).
Assign devices to RF repeaters
For every individual device connected to the central apartment unit, it can be
determined via which repeater the respective RF signals are to forwarded.
Main menu > Commissioning > Device list > Device X > RF repeater:
--- No repetition of signals (guide value)
RF repeater 1 Repetition of signals by RF repeater 1
RF repeater 2 Repetition of signals by RF repeater 2
RF repeater 3 Repetition of signals by RF repeater 3
It is also possible to repeat signals from GAMMA wave devices (e.g. from
wall-mounted transmitters) which cannot be assigned to a certain function of
the central apartment unit. These devices can be made known to the central
apartment unit via the following path.
RF adapter plugs and GAMMA wave actuators connected to switching
groups are not contained on the device list. However, if the signals
from an RF adapter plug or a GAMMA wave actuator should be re-
peated by an RF repeater, the actuator can be included in the central
apartment unit’s device list according to the following description.
