PL-Link Semi-Flush Mount Room Sensor Kits for
Use with Siemens DXR Controllers
Description
Siemens Semi-Flush Mount Room Sensors are
engineered to enable accurate and efficient control of
room comfort. The low-profile housing design
seamlessly blends into any décor and features
strategically placed ventilation slots to maximize
airflow and optimize accuracy.
Semi-Flush Mount Sensors are sold as kits consisting
of a base module, front module and trim frame.

The base modules, front modules, and frames can
also be purchased individually for service parts.
Sensors are designed for flush mounting in a
standard 2” × 4” vertical electrical box.
In addition to measuring and transmitting room
climate data to the controller, the semi-flush mount
PL-Link sensors can also accept binary (on/off) and
temperature (10 K ohm Type 2 Thermistor) inputs
from auxiliary devices for transmission to the Desigo®
building automation system.
NOTE: QPA Series Sensors are designed to
measure air quality in comfort applications,
and are not intended for use in life safety
applications.
