6.4 Touch panel

NOTICE

Changes to the Desigo Control Point device configuration are saved in non-

volatile memory every 5 minutes and whenever you log out of the device.

● Save and log out to immediately save changes to the device configuration.

● Changes to the device configuration are lost if a power cycle occurs within 5

minutes of the change and before you have logged out.

This section outlines how to configure local settings, such as language and time, or the touch panel settings,

such as screen brightness and orientation.

1. Select Configuration > Touch panel.

2. See the tables in this section for more information on the properties that can be modified.

Touch panel settings

WARNING

Changing the Screensaver timeout value to 10 hours can reduce the device

lifetime.

The impact on the device lifetime must be calculated for the individual use case.
