4.4 Acknowledging current alarms
User roles that have been granted access to acknowledge alarms have various options for acknowledging an
alarm, which depend on the current work area view.
1. Select or to display current alarms and do one of the following:
– Select Acknowledge/Reset all on current page to acknowledge all alarms or events on the current page.
– Select a single alarm in the Tiles view and then select Acknowledge/Reset.
– Select one or more alarms in the List view and then select Acknowledge/Reset selected.
2. (Optional) Enter an acknowledgement comment in the Add comment dialog box.
3. To send the acknowledgement to the device in alarm and save any related comments, select
Acknowledge/Reset.
