2.4.1.5 I/O bus
I/O bus state
The I/O bus > State view shows the status for the I/O bus (island bus) and the I/O modules.
To perform the procedures in this section, select I/O bus in the command bar and State in the left navigation
pane.
Reset the I/O bus
⚫ Click Reset.
 All I/O modules are reinitialized (runtime configuration, bus configuration).
 The I/O bus is restarted, and the Bus stateis Operational.
 The number of configured I/O modules is displayed.
Start/stop the I/O bus
⚫ Click the Stop/Run toggle button.
 The I/O bus is stopped or started, and the device State is updated (Stopped/Operational).
