Asset management
This service allows users to add and edit your sites and connected devices.
Remote web access
This service allows you to remotely access the device web interface.
Desigo engineering tool access - ABT Site
This service allows you to connect ABT Site (V4.0 or higher) to Desigo PXC4.E16 and
PXC5.E003 devices at connected site to engineer the devices from remote.
Self-administration
This service allows administration by the customer. Once the administrator user has signed
up their company for this service and has activated a subscription, new users can be invited
to access to the service.
User management
This service provides a role-based access control.
Data hosting
This service stores and processes data in data centers located in Western Europe. For
information about processed personal data, please refer to the Data Processing Agreement.
Subscription
Pricing model
Standard
The Standard subscription plan is the regular, scalable offering to use this service. The
subscription term is twelve (12) month with automatic renewal. The service fee must be paid
annually up front. The service can be cancelled any time. The cancelled service can be used
until the end of the current term.
For multiple sites, order multiple number of this Standard service.
Renewal
The subscription term will renew automatically for twelve (12) months.
Free Trial
New customers of the service get a free trial of 6 months to test the service offering. The free
of charge trial service offers full functionality of the service. At the end of the free trial period,
the service automatically switches to the paid service. Customers who do not want to
subscribe have to cancel the service within the free trial period. No refund of efforts or
material is provided in case you decide to discontinue the use of the service before the
expiry of the free of charge trial. The hardware devices required for the free of charge trial
service must be procured separately and are not included as part of the free of charge trial
period.
