It is possible that pictures which already exist (even those
on other "Insight" stations) will access the symbols in a li-
brary.
As such, the removal of symbols and the subsequent rein-
troduction of a changed symbol should be carried out only
when a new library (library Nos. 4 and 5) is being set up.
However, if this must be done at a later time, proceed as
follows:
- The changed symbol must be assigned the same
number as the deleted one
(Function: "Assign a name to the symbol")
- Save the symbol library.
- Distribute the symbol library on diskettes or via net-
works to the various "Insight" stations.
11.7.12 Numbering
When <#> is pressed, the momentarily active symbol li-
brary will be newly numbered right through with the cur-
rently valid item numbers of the symbols which it contains.
It is possible that pictures which already exist (even those
on other "Insight" stations) will access the symbols in a li-
brary.
As such, the renumbering of libraries should basically be
carried out only when a new library (library Nos. 4 and 5)
is being set up.
