If the snap mode is used in a zoomed-in picture, the snap

spacing is finer than in the original picture. The following

relationships hold:

Zoom stage Snap spacing (relative

to the original picture)

1:1 100 % (5 mm)

2:1 50 % (2.5 mm)

4:1 25 % (1.25 mm)

8:1 12,5 % (0.625 mm)

The grid is intended merely as aid to drawing, and

functions regardless of the "Snap" mode.

Making the grid lines visible or invisible:
