Enumeration Meaning Measuring unit Reliability Range
O-V Voltage output mV OK 0…10000
O-PWM PWM output
The modulation can
be commanded
between 0 and 200. (0
is equal to 0% switch-
on time, 200 is equal
to 100% switch-on
time.)
0.5% OK 0…200
Notes on EMC measures:
● Use shielded twisted pair cable for each single PWM output.
● Connect the shielding directly to the largest possible surface area of protective
ground.
4.8 Relay outputs
Use
The relay outputs connect to control elements and indicators, such as:
● Contactors
● Motors
● Valves actuators
● Pumps
● Electric air heaters
● Lamps
Connection examples for Q1 and Q5…Q9
The following illustrations show the position and identification of relay outputs Q1
and Q5…Q9.
The relays are combined in one or several groups depending on the devices.
Comply with the fuse specifications in the data sheet (Use a 10 A fuse for Q1, a 6.3
A fuse for Q5…Q9) to prevent the connectors and the PCB from overheating.
Connection example of Q2…Q4
The following illustration shows the position and identification of relay outputs
Q2…Q4.
