4 Hardware IO connection
This chapter gives more details on how to use the I/O s of the controller compared
to the datasheet.
4.1 Power data
Power supply
DC 24 V, G0 (T7)
Operating voltage DC 24 V ±10%
Max. power consumption 35 W
Max. external supply line fusing 3 A slow wire fuse or circuit breaker
Notes:
● Ground the controller for safety reasons and to reduce EMC disturbances.
● Follow the regulations on grounding. Connect terminal G0 directly to protective
earthing (PE).
● Install a fuse as specified in the data sheet. When connecting to I/O extension
modules, set the fuse separately for the I/O as per the specifications.
Refer to the Climatix EMC design guideline (CE1Q3993en) for more details on
panel design.
4.2 Analog inputs for NTC 10k
Use
The analog inputs connect to passive temperature sensors: NTC 10k.
Connection example
The following illustration shows the position and identification of the analog inputs.
Application programming details
In the application, the raw data is read from the hardware with 1/10 Ohm
measuring unit. The reliability is defined as below.
