■ Overview
Function cards are PC modules that perform customer-specific
extended functions. As they are already tested and qualified,
they can be used in the same way as a standard product.
This enables fully-tested SIMATIC PCs with function cards to be
delivered quickly without complications.
■ Function
Expansion cards are available for the following functions:
• PROFIBUS / PROFINET
• Serial interfaces
• Additional LAN ports
• Digital and analog I/Os
• Graphics expansions

SIMATIC Rack PC 547B/847B:
Function cards for SIMATIC Microbox PC 427B:
* For the SIMATIC Rack PC 847B the option of a graphics card is
available via the standard configurator.
