Note
This chapter applies to the Panel PC 670 and 870 with the Windows 2000
operating system and Service Pack 3.
During the installation of Service Pack 3 for Windows 2000, the new Automatic
Updates function is also installed.
Use Start
→
Control Panel
→
Automatic Updates to call in the following
selection window:

1. Deactivate the Keep my computer up to date. With this setting enabled, ... .
checkbox in this window.
2. Then press the OK button.
Notice
If the checkbox remains active in this window, updates which have not been
approved by Siemens AG can be downloaded automatically on the PC
concerned via Internet.
