8 Set up remote access to plant (OZW only)
Activating plants via menu "Administration" > "Plants" is only possible for OZW.
You must use the "Register" link on the start page to activate plants for WTV676
as well as for the initial registration.
Detailed information on the Registration is available in Section "Register [➙ 16]".
Select the use case and set it up
● Permit remote access for the installer [➙ 32].
● Set up end user access to the portal service [➙ 33].
8.1 Permit remote access for the installer
 You are an end user and want to grant remote access to your plant to the
installer.
 You are registered and logged on to the portal (Entering Synco IC [➙ 14]).
 You have the plant role owner or administrator.
1. In the primary navigation, go to "Administration".
 The plant overview list is displayed.
2. Click the name of your plant to select it.
3. Click "Add user".
4. Enter the installer's e-mail address.
5. Also add the plant role for the installer.
NOTICE
Plant roles
● The role with the highest rights applies in the event of a multiple selection.
● Take note of the descriptions next to the selection check box and the role
overview under "
Overview of plant roles [

".
Result
● The installer receives an e-mail that is used to log on to the portal and select
your plant.
