9.1 Plant administration
9.1.1 Plant users
A tenant administrator or user with the right "Manage plant users" (e.g. Owner)
adds plant users and provides them a plant role for this plant.
● The user receives an e-mail on the new plant access if the e-mail account is
known in tenant.
● The new user is loaded to Climatix IC and also receives the information on the
new plant access if the e-mail account is new.
NOTICE
●
Plant users are different from portal administrators: Portal
administrators
should not simultaneously be plant users since this would result in a lack of
transparency of rights to the concrete plants.
● The system prevents increases to rights: You cannot create plant users with
higher rights to the plant than the crea
tor.
