Step by Step

Conducting a Conference

In a conference call, you can talk to as many as four oth-

er parties at the same time. These may be internal or

external users.

Lift the handset.

Call the first p arty.

Press the key. LED flashes.

Call the second station. Announce the conference.

Press the key. Enter the code. The LED goes out.

A tone sounds every 30 seconds to indicate that a con-

ference is in progress. Contact System Support for in-

structions on how to turn it off.

If the second party does not answer:

Press this key and wait two seconds .

or (depending on the configuration)

Press the key twice.

Adding Up to Five to the Conference

(Initiator Only)

Press the key. LED flashes.

Call the new party. Announce the conference.

Press the key. Enter the code. The LED goes out, etc.

Leaving a Conference

Replace the handset.

Ending a Conference (Initiator Only)

Press the key. LED flashes. Enter the code.

Removing the ISDN Central Office Party

From the Conference (Only for U.S.)

Press the key. LED flashes.

Enter the code.
