Step by Step

The "Name" tab

"Last name:" is the only field that must contain an entry.

You can enter any combination of letters, numbers, and

symbols in this field.

Click the relevant field and make your entries (for infor-

mation on entering characters Æ page 157).

• Last name: Enter the last name of the relevant per-

son.

• First name: Enter the first name of the relevant per-

son.

< Delete characters to the left of the cursor one by one.
