Step by Step

Importing/Exporting the Personal Directory

via LAN

You can transfer all personal directory entries from a

server in your LAN to your optiPoint 600 office and use

your to save these entries on the LAN server.

Precondition: LAN-based transmission must have

been configured correctly Æ page 134.

Click the tab.

or f Click on the "Personal options" menu item or enter the

code.

if necessary

o Enter the password (default password: 123456) and

click "OK". To change the password Æ page 153.

e Click on the "Personal directory options" menu item or

enter the code.

or g Click on the "Directory transfer" menu item or enter the

code.

f Click on the "Transfer via LAN" menu item or enter the

code.

e To importoptiPoint 600 office data into Import directo-

ry, click on the menu item "" or enter the code.

f To exportoptiPoint 600 office data from Export direc-

tory, click on the menu item "" or enter the code.

Wait until all data has been transferred.

Click on the softkey to conclude the process.

The display changes to the "Directory transfer" menu.
