Making calls with multiple lines

Step by Step
Lines with hot or warm line function
Your service personnel can configure a hot or warm line
for the primary and secondary line.
The function is activated when on
• the primary line
you pick up the phone’s handset or press the line or
loudspeaker key
• the secondary line
you press the line key.
A number specified by you is dialed with a hot line im-
mediately and with a warm line after a specific time.
Examples:
• The phone in the lift immediately dials the reception
number.
• The phone at a patient’s bed dials the ward number
e.g. after a minute if no other number is dialed.
Entering a number for the hot and warm line function
Specify which number should be dialed when the hot or
warm line function is activated.
