Programmable keys

Step by step

Feature toggle

Only available for Hunt group functions (Æ page 124).

S Press the sensor key you want to program until the field

opens. The programmable sensor key lights up.

You can also configure this setting via the Web interface

Æ page 149.

Select and confirm the option shown to program the

first level for instance.

Select and confirm the required function.

Select and confirm this option to enter a code.

j Enter and confirm the code (see Æ page 132).

Select and confirm the option shown.

Forwarding

S Press the programmable key you want to program until

the input field opens. The key lights up.

You can also configure this setting via the Web interface

Æ page 149.

Select and confirm the option shown to program the

first level for instance.

Select a forwarding type:

• Forward all calls

• Forward no reply

•Forward busy

Select and confirm the function in the context menu.

Select and confirm this option to enter the forwarding

destination.

j Enter and confirm the phone number of the forwarding

destination.
