de Beschreibung en Description
Skizzieren Sie die Lage der Mischerskala und die Lage des
roten Positionsanzeigers, diese entspricht der Lage des
Kükens.
O-Ringe und Teflonscheiben entfernen und wegwerfen.
Beschädigen Sie hierbei nicht die Welle.
Hinweis: Kontrollieren Sie die Welle, bei Beschädigungen ist
diese zu ersetzen, da sonst die O-Ringe eine geringere
Lebensdauer haben.
O-Ringe müssen eingefettet werden.
Benutzen Sie dazu mineralölfreies O-Ring Fett.
Mischerskala und Positionsanzeige müssen korrekt montiert
werden. Die Montage des Stellantriebs erfolgt gemäss
Montageanleitung 431955970.
Prüfen Sie nach der Montage, ob der Mischer leichtgängig
dreht. Ebenfalls sollten Sie die Funktionalität und Dichtheit mit
aufgesetztem Stellantrieb überprüfen.
Make a sketch of the position of the scale plate and red position
indicator, as these correspond to the position of the slipper.
Remove and discard the O-rings and Teflon seals.
Take care not to damage the shaft.
Note: Check the shaft. If damaged, it must be replaced, as a
damaged shaft reduces the service life of the O-rings.
O-rings must be lubricated.
Use an O-ring lubricant free of mineral oil for this purpose.
The scale plate and position indicator must be mounted correctly.
The actuator is mounted in accordance with the mounting
instructions, ref. 431955970.
After mounting, check that the slipper rotates freely. Also check
for correct functioning and tight sealing with the actuator mounted
on the valve.
