Stationary operation is not possible within the suppressed frequency range; the range is merely passed
through (on the ramp).
For example, if P1091 = 10 Hz and P1101 = 2 Hz, it is not possible to operate continuously between 10 Hz
+/- 2 Hz (i.e. between 8 and 12 Hz).
