Description
The LonMark
-compliant LTEC Unit Ventilator (UV)
Controller provides direct digital control of unit
ventilators. The LTEC UV Controller is designed to
reside on the Siemens Building Technologies, Inc.
APOGEE
for LonWorks
network, providing
seamless interaction with all LonMark products. The
LTEC UV Controller offers cost-effective flexibility by
allowing selection of the best-point configuration
platform designed to meet any UV application
requirement.

• Field-selectable parameters allow entry and
updating of setpoint and control parameters via
the APOGEE Interface

the Room Sensor and/or LTEC controller
• Two I/O platform styles allow cost-effective
selection to meet your application needs
• Advanced PID control minimizes offset and
maintains tighter set-point control
• Return from power failure without operator
intervention
Applications
The LTEC UV Controller can be configured to control
the following unit ventilator applications:
• Cooling and outside air damper
• Heating and OA damper
• Shared cooling / heating and OA damper (2 pipe)
• Heating coil and cooling coil and OA damper (4
pipe)
• Heating coil and cooling coil and OA damper
with face/bypass damper (2/4 pipe)
• Shared cooling/heating coil, plus electric heat
and OA damper (2 pipe)
• Shared cooling/heating coil, plus electric heat
and OA damper with face/bypass damper
(2 pipe)
Additionally, depending on availability of input and
output capacity, space lighting and occupancy
sensors can be controlled via these applications.
