Replace multiple defective DALI ECGs without ETS
Key prerequisites
• The ECG must not have a short
address (delivery state or reset)
• Same device type
• The bus and main power
must be switched on at all ECGs
• An ECG allocation plan
must be available
Button Indicator Description
1.
Replacement of the defective DALI-ECG
with the lowest assignment number with
new ECG (delivery state)
2. A6
Call up the menu by pressing A6
3. A7

Using the A7 button, call up the menu option
“Replace ECG”
4. A6 (short)
The defective ECG is displayed
by pressing the A6 key
5. A6 (long)
(flashing)
Start the exchange of the ECG
by pressing the long key on A6

Result:
E0 = No error
E1 = Short address already assigned
E2 = Device type cannot be changed
E3 = Wrong device type
E4 = New ECG not found
E5 = Too many new ECGs found
E6 = Unknown error has occurred

The A3 key is used to return to the menu.
Pressing button A3 twice takes you from
the menu to the status display.
