Replace a defective DALI ECG without ETS
Key prerequisites
• The ECG must not have a short
address (delivery state or reset)
• Same device type
• The bus and main power
must be switched on at all ECGs

Replace defective DALI-ECG with
a new ECG (delivery state)

Call up the menu by pressing A6

Using the A7 button, call up
the menu option “Replace ECG”

Result:
E0 = No error
E1 = Short address already assigned
E2 = Device type cannot be changed
E3 = Wrong device type
E4 = New ECG not found
E5 = Too many new ECGs found
E6 = Unknown error has occurred

from the menu to the status display.
