For applications with fixed airflow needs, constant
volume (CV) Venturi Air Valve control is available. For
applications with multi-state needs, actuation options
include 2-position, 3-position floating, and modulating.
An entire range of controls from CV to complete Lab
Room Control provides further ability to meet specific
critical environment application needs.
For Variable Air Volume (VAV) Fume Hood and Lab
Room Pressurization control, the high-speed Siemens
Lab Electronic Actuator delivers fast and precise
response.
For other critical environment airflow applications
such as variable volume temperature and
pressurization control, and 2-state constant volume
fume hood and room control applications, the
Siemens OpenAir® family of standard electronic
actuators is available to deliver equally precise control
at a lower total cost

stainless steel cone rod, with stainless steel
brackets, linkage and control arm for general
applications.
· Elastomer seals at shaft and cone edge
· Epoxy Phenolic coated body and cone available
for corrosive exhaust applications.
· Control device enclosure.
· Integral Orifice Airflow Sensor.
· Fast-acting and standard electronic actuation and
control packages incorporating automatic, error-
checking, calibration algorithm.
