8.1.3 Windows XP user administration (optional)
You cannot install or set up any software unless you are logged into the system as an
Administrator with all the associated privileges.
In addition to the Administrator account, which is automatically installed by Windows
XP, other user accounts can also be set up. For information on user administration and
the granting of privileges, refer to the Windows XP online help or the Windows XP
literature.
