5.1 Program architecture
This chapter tells you about the client/server architecture used by SimplyPhone for Outlook and
how the individual components are linked.
5.1.1 Integration with Outlook/Exchange
The key component is the Outlook add-in. This combines call management and paging in a
standard Outlook icon bar.
