Using lists

Incoming message list

All received SMS messages are saved in the incoming message list (¢page 98).

Answering machine list (Gigaset C610A IP only)

You can use the answering machine list to listen to the messages that are on the

answering machine (

¢ page 124).

Call lists

Prerequisite: Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP, ¢ page 55)

Your base saves a range of call types:

u Accepted calls (from the user or the answering machine)

u Outgoing calls

u Missed calls

You can view each type of call separately or gain an overview of all calls. The list of

accepted and missed calls contains the last 30 entries for each. The list of outgoing

calls contains the last 60 entries.

In idle status, open the call lists by selecting the

§Calls§ (¢page 152) display key or

via the menu:

¢ All Calls / Outgoing Calls / Accepted Calls / Missed Calls

List entry

New messages are displayed at the top.

u List type (in header)

u The entry status (only in the list of missed calls)
