Entry functions
Open the menu.
Save Text
Store the SMS in the outgoing list to send it later if you
like.
or
Send Text
Send the SMS immediately without storing it.
Enter the recipient’s telephone number from the direc-
tory or dial it manually.
or
Open the menu.
Directory
Insert out of the directory
Open the menu.
Copy
The SMS is sent.
The national prefix must be entered with the recipient’s
telephone number even for numbers in the local net-
work.
Move cursor
in the text field.
The next characters entered will appear to the
right of the cursor.
Delete
characters to the left of the cursor.
1x enter a
space
.
1x switch from
uppercase to lowercase
after a
space.

If you have stored this telephone number with a
prefix in your directory (page 83), then it must be
deleted in order to send an SMS message.
