Generated files
The call options specified for the configuration generator result in different variants of the
script being generated. These different variants generate different files:
–Ifkdcdf was generated using the config -d development option, it generates source
files for program parts which are needed to link the T-ORB application to the transaction
monitor.
–Ifkdcdf was generated using the config -r development option, it generates con-
figuration and runtime files for the transaction monitor, as well as some utility proce-
dures.
–Ifkdcdf was generated using the “all” option (config -a), it generates the same files
as the development and runtime variants combined.
In the case of an external open UTM application, the kdcdf file is not generated as a script,
but rather as a file containing open UTM configuration statements. It must be included in the
configuration process of the external open UTM application. ❍❍●
