Siemens Tunable White with KNX devices
Siemens KNX/DALI Gateways are the interface between
a KNX installation and a digital DALI lighting system.
They enable communication with up to 64 DALI ballasts
(ECG) per channel. You can quickly and easily integrate
room-related lighting control into the higher level
KNX building management system with the highest
energy efficiency.
Highlights of the KNX / DALI Gateways include:
• All KNX/DALI Gateways support Tunable White for
individual or group DALI lights
• Tunable White uses scenes, effects and schedules for
human-centric lighting applications
• Three different KNX/DALI Gateways offer the flexibility
you and your customers need
• DALI sensors and brightness controllers make
installation highly flexible
• Defective ballasts (ECGs) can be replaced without the
need for software
• Compatible with ECGs of DALI Ed.1 and DALI-2
Siemens new switch/dim actuator N 525D11 with 2x DALI
broadcast delivers energy-efficient operation and low
maintenance costs for complex DALI edition 1 and DALI-2
light control systems. When combined with presence
detectors, which help control brightness automatically,
the actuator achieves simultaneous control of brightness
and color temperature.
Highlights of the switch/dim actuator DALI include:
• Tunable White human-centric lighting applications
when the actuator is connected to KNX devices with
effects or schedules
• Energy-saving switching and dimming of up to
20 DALI ECGs per channel in broadcast mode mean
higher light comfort
• Adjustable dimming delivers optimal lighting for
greater comfort
• Easy installation and low maintenance expenses
