Command parameter
It is an optional command parameter. This parameter is the block corresponding the
group number to be included/excluded for command no. 24 and 25.
(*) This general command requires (as parameter) one of the block numbers (any)
which belongs to the control unit.
At FSS level you must not use an automatic acknowledge command because this for-
bids the remote transmission alarm on CZ12, CS4 and CS4-40, a condition that could
be potentially dangerous.
