Overview of the error codes
1 h: Invalid Length (invalid length)
2 h: Invalid State (action is not permitted in the actual inverter state)
3 h: Invalid function Code (FC = 2 hex)
4 h: Response not ready (the response has still not been issued)
5 h: Internal Error (general system error)
Incorrect access operations to parameters via data set 47 are logged in objects OSV0 and
OSV1.
