Number Cause Solution
A07929 No motor detected The magnitude of the current following enabling of the
drive pulses is so small that no motor is detected.
1. Check the motor cables, contactors and switches.
2. Reduce the threshold value (p2179, e.g. with
synchronous motors)
3. Check the voltage boost of the V/f control (p1310)
4. Carry out a measurement at standstill in order to set
the stator resistance (p0350).
A07994 Motor data identification not
carried out
The "Vector control" mode is set but motor data
identification has not yet been carried out.
1. Carry out motor data identification (see p1900).
2. Set the parameters for the "V/f control" (p1300 < 20).
F30001 Power unit: Overcurrent Check the following settings and components:
1. Motor data. Perform commissioning, if necessary.
2. Motor connection method (Υ / Δ).
3. V/f operation, the assignment of the rated currents of
the motor and power unit.
4. Line quality.
5. The line commutating reactor must be connected
properly.
6. Power cable connections.
7. Power cables for short-circuit or ground fault
8. Power cable length
9. Line phases
If the fault is still present:
1. V/f operation: Increase the up ramp.
2. Reduce the load.
3. Replace the power unit.
F30002 Power unit: DC-link voltage
overvoltage
1. Increase the ramp-down time (p1121).
2. Set the rounding times (p1130, p1136).
3. Activate the DC link voltage controller (p1240,
p1280).
4. Check the line voltage (p0210).
5. Check the line phases.
F30003 Power unit: DC-link voltage
undervoltage
1. Check the line voltage (p0210).
2. Check the line phases.
F30004 Drive overtemperature
1. Check whether the drive fan is running.
2. Check the ambient temperature.
3. Check whether the motor is overloaded.
4. Reduce the pulse frequency.
F30005 I2t drive overload
1. Check the rated currents of the motor and Power
Module.
2. Reduce the current limit p0640.
3. When operating with V/f characteristic: Reduce
p1341.
F30011 Line phase failure
1. Check the drive's input fuses.
2. Check the motor cables.
F30015 Motor cable phase failure
1. Check the motor cables.
2. Increase the ramp-up or ramp-down time (p1120).
F30021 Ground fault
1. Check the power cable connections.
2. Check the motor.
3. Check the current transducer.
4. Check the cables and contacts of the brake
connection (a wire might be broken).
