2.9 Support for Commissioning Problems

No. Problem Solution

1 Download with FTP server does not take

place. The following message is displayed

on the terminal:

Error loading file: errno = 0x3c.

Can't load boot file!! or

The following message is displayed on the

FTP server:

Socket error 10054 while sending data

Check whether the FTP server has been started and EB200

has been selected in the SecurityÆ User….. menu. If not,

select EB200 and confirm. Reset the evaluation board with the

Reset button.

2 Device is not visible on the bus for HW

Config

Check the power up message to see if a valid IP address has

been set. If so, ping the device to see whether it can be

accessed on the bus and whether the TCP/IP stack is running.

If available, trace the bus traffic with a packet sniffer.

3 Connection is not established between

controller and device

Check whether the station name in Figure 18 matches the

device name

in Figure 4/5. If not, assign names as described

in Section

2.5.2
