Navigating Your Mailbox
You can navigate your mailbox using the numeral keys on your telephone.
To do this, simply follow the prompts. Depending on the selected status
announcement, the following settings are possible:
g Enter code to go to the next announcement.
e Enter code to go back to the previous announcement.
f Enter code to replay the current announcement.
dd Enter code to delete the message.
d Enter code
• to record a personal greeting
• to activate the default greeting
• to activate/deactivate message recording or
• to change your mailbox code number
q Enter code to skip all messages and play the next status announcement.
r End recording.
l Enter code
• to skip Greeting 1 or 2 or
• to set the greeting for day/night service
t Disconnect Entry Voice Mail (possible at any time)
