Condensation Message (CdnMsg) is a binary output object for the supply chain
logic and supports the following states:
Normal (both the condensation monitor and the dew point monitoring cut-off
logic output are False)
Warning (either the condensation monitor or the dew point monitoring cut-off
logic output is True)
The Enable parameters for these two functions do not need to be True for the
condensation message to function.
Available Status
When the chilled beam/radiant ceiling is available for cooling, the binary output
signal for "Radiant ceiling available for cooling" (RcgAvlC) will be "Yes" (available).
RcgAvlC is used by the system to regulate cooling resources. For example, if there
is a call for cooling but the chilled beam/radiant ceiling is not available because it
is already at maximum capacity (e.g.: device mode is “Fully open”), then RcgAvlC
