Central Optimum Start/Stop Control (CenOssc11)
IMPORTANT: The AF name deceiving as there is no logic/coordination inside this function. It is simply an interface
used to distribute commands to the rooms. There is no “optimizing” involved. Optimization would take place higher
up at the plant/scheduler.
CenOssc11 distributes Warm-up, Cool-down, and Next Op Mode signals from either sched-
ulers or superordinate (higher ranking) CenOpMod11 AFs to the rooms. If the signal comes
from a superordinate CenOpMod AF, it will be used before a signal from a scheduler. Oth-
erwise, if there is only a signal from a scheduler, that mode will be sent to the rooms. With-
out a scheduler or superordinate CenOpMod11 AF to send signals through this function,
CenOssc11 does nothing. CenOssc11 simply chooses what signal to send down to subor-
dinate AFs.
